I have again outdone myself. Or so says Russ, my biggest fan.
A chili with beans that soaked all night, jalapeno, red pepper, a real live just-out-of-the-ground garlic bulb, charred tomatoes and a beautiful market onion. And, ground turkey. Ick!, right? The secret is ground DARK turkey.
