The other kind of beef rib
Sometimes the butcher has beef ribs, cut crosswise instead of between the ribs. Love 'em this way.
Stove top smoker with Lapsang Souchong tea...
Ribs with a dry rub...
Smoked for an hour on the stove, then in the oven, low heat, for another hour or so.
And then they look like this.
Slather with BBQ sauce and run under the broiler for a couple of minutes...
The other kind of beef ribs, with beans and Mac & Cheese. Dinner.
