Lamb chops are boring, but that's what Russ wants tonight. So, not boring then.
Lots of garlic, orange zest and healthy doses of chipoltle, cayenne and cinnamon.
Marinate with oil for a couple of hours. Warning: This turns into a seriously spicy paste.
Mint sauce. Ack. Fix? Orange marmalade, pepper flakes, rice wine vinegar, mint...
Blended, then reduced. Kind of hot, actually.
And lamb chops, transformed. Spicy.
