Easy way to get your Popeye on.
Hot oil. For Popeye, hot Olive Oil.
Spinach added....tossed with oil and garlic.
Lid on for just a minute or so...
Ta-dah. Garlic spinach.
With garlic mashed potatoes and garlic chicken. An entire head of garlic gave up its life for this meal. Dinner.
