Brussels Sprouts with bacon and blue cheese
The title says it all...
Brussels sprouts blanched in salted water for a couple of minutes...
Some bacon, cut into pieces and fried...save that bacon fat!
Blue cheese crumbled. Maytag of course...
The Brussels sprouts sauteed in just a bit of the bacon fat until tender and slightly browned...
Bacon and blue cheese tossed in...
The perfect way to take healthy Brussels sprouts and turn them into junk food. Yum.
