I'm missing out on this catch!

A collegue whose husband is an avid fisherman gave us some of his catch last summer... the best striped bass I have ever had.

Today, she asks if I want a piece of this beauty...a 48 incher he caught in the Chesapeake Bay today. And I can't take it!

That kills me. Not only is bass from the bay great, this guy filets a fish like no one I've ever met. I'll hope his luck holds for the next couple of months.
