DAY 4: The coop has delayed approval of individual, low energy-use washers and dryers for individual owners, an issue first raised, researched and discussed more than a year ago now.
We are going ahead with plumbing and wiring for installation of a washer/dryer combo. This space may be empty for months or years until the Westmoreland Coop decides to collectively move into the 21st century.
It's a good thing we sold that dining room soot. The dining room is now the workshop and I don't know where the contractor would be working if the dining room weren't empty.
