All-Clad, part two
Michael's pan doesn't have to be back until tomorrow, so let's drive it one more time.
Here is one of Russell's favorites. Chicken, with provolone....
And prosciutto de parma...
And asparagus. (It's in season. Buy now. The only time of year it's good.)
All rolled up in a cute little bundle...
Saute until done (this pan rocks.)
Make sauce (we are a sauce kitchen)....and serve with salad.
Michael does not get his pan back.
