Halibut

Halibut is a very nice, firm fish...like Tuna only not pink.

This dinner violates a Kalorama Kitchen rule, which is all plates are white.

Henry Ford said you can have any color car you want, as long as it is black. Same applies to plates. Any color you want, as long as it's white.

But the dishwasher is full. So, yellow was all that was left. Bad.

That's a nice little red pepper pesto. Not proud of the plate, but we both gobbled up what was on it.
