This is not Kalorama Kitchen cooking. This is takeout ribs from Timberlake's.
Thursday night has been take-out ribs night for us at Timberlake's almost every Thursday night for about 10 years. This will be the last.
Timberlake's is closing after 30 years Sunday. A great Connecticut Avenue neighborhood place. We'll miss it!
