Fettuccine Alfredo

We had a hankering for fettuccine alfredo tonight.

Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, grated onion, chives, egg noodles and cream. If we were having company, I'd use lots of cream. It's just us, so we make it less creamy so as not to hasten our death any more than necessary.

With salmon. Good stuff. Simple stuff.
