The filet you will remember

Two filets, oil, salt and pepper only..

Green onions and mushrooms...

Saute'd... cooled.


Whipped. 129 beats. An all-time record. I've been going to the gym.

Add egg yolk, mushrooms and onions, and a whole lot of parma cheese...

Just sear beef...

Then top with mushroom cream stuff...and grate a bit more cheese...oven at 400 0r so, and...some goes crusty, the rest seeps down inside the beef. That is why it is the filet to remember.

With arugula, red onion, oil and lemon. And tonight with a steal of a late model Malbec.
