More chicken



I'm not a one trick pony but we do make a chicken almost every week. Chickens are easy and there's always leftovers!

Chicken, with couscous and green beans. They're in season. We've decided to go a whole year only buying produce from the farmer's market so we eat what is in season, which is a problem, since it's only open 9 months a year.

  1. That's not really a problem ... who eats vegetables anyway. They're just there to make the plate look pretty
