Mahi with black beans



Start this the day before. Black beans, leftover corn cut from the cob, green onions...




Mix with olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Refrigerate.




Mahi filets. Salt, pepper and olive oil only.



A little parsley and basil. Not in or on anything. Just ready to scatter about the plate. Just to get the surprise flavors as you slop it all up.



Asparagus steamed for a couple of minutes...held.



Fish in dry pan, just two minutes on each side. I like nonstick pans for fish.




Asparagus back in dry pan with salt and lemon juice.




Mahi with black beans. Dinner!
