Chicken Parmesan



For the record, we cut up our own chickens, which I think makes us mini-Iron chefs.

Chicken breasts, breaded, fried, topped with cheese, broiled and sent swimming at the very last minute in tomato sauce.




Bow tie pasta, asparagus, lots of cream and cheese....



Dinner.
