Tandoori chicken



There are times when spices trump herbs and any kind of Indian-like cooking is one of them.

So this maybe is not exactly a tandoori dish, but we definitely got the spices close. Cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, clove, cumin, dried peppers, more stuff. Add lemon, scallions, a couple of potatoes and a whole lot of mushrooms.

If you could smell this, you would kiss me. (Or shake my hand, depending your comfort level.)
