Cornmeal, flour, sour cream, milk, egg, fresh corn, jalapenos, green onions...
So, why did we decide we needed corn bread?
Because we unintentionally came home with a huge rack of smoked ribs (hickory and mesquite) from a roadside stand near Aldie, Virginia.
If you smell a roadside BBQ, don't resist the urge to pull over. Excellent!
