Lamb with crepes and figs



The last crepe you make is always the best one.



Savory crepes. With thyme and chives.



And a little lamb chop roast.



And black mission figs sauteed...



Crepes stuffed with spinach, pine nuts and oranges. Sauce with a little mustard kick.
