Russ' famous bacon meatloaf
Russ cooks occasionally, and his meatloaf is the best I've ever had.
Ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar.
Fresh bread crumbs...
Onion and garlic cooked down and cooled.
Plain yogurt, an egg, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, Dijon mustard and salt and pepper.
Ground beef, with bread crumbs and mix, made into a lovable loaf and coated with some of the glaze.
And the whole thing wrapped, yes..in bacon!
And roasted for an hour or so until...
Russ' bacon-wrapped meatloaf. Dinner!
