Chicken Cordon Bleu
We documented the wrong part of this dinner. We should have documented the sauce. An OMG sauce moment. Chicken breasts...
Whacked down all thin-ish.
Good Swiss, some Black Forest deli ham...
One healthy layer of cheese....
Then the thin little slice of ham...
And then another healthy layer of cheese.
Then an egg wash and bread crumb ride (Panco here, with thyme and salt and pepper...)
On a rack, then on a sheet pan and baked, 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
And served with fluffy boiled, then fried taters and an amazing garlic,wine, tarragon, brandy, cream sauce.
