Chocolate moose

There is only me and my imaginary friend tonight so everything is cut in half. Two eggs, half a brick of chocolate and a cup on cream.

Yolks only...

Half the cream simmered....

Yolks added. (TV cooks make a huge deal out of this. Just let the cream cool a bit and dump them in. The world won't come to an end.)

Pour custard over chocolate...

And mix up...with a bit of Cointreau I think.

Whip the rest of the cream...

Fold together...Chill.
