Tuna casserole. From scratch.

Tuna casserole= cream of mushroom soup+tuna+ noodles+peas. Okay. I can do that!

Yellow fin tuna. (Sorry, I'm going to cook it.)

Oil and butter...

Mushrooms and onions..

Peas! Sugar snap peas.

And some thyme and garlic.

And some vegetable stock.

In a blender...

And, um, blended.

And some cream and parsley. (I could stop here. Yummy.)

Egg noodles...

Tossed with mushroom soup...

And peas...


Medium rare and broken up.

All mixed together. Topped with bread crumbs and broiled. Tuna casserole. From scratch!
