A Saturday steak
Saturday has always been steak night. Since I was a little kid.
Here, a huge NY strip, rubbed with good balsamic vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. And some partially boiled potatoes, trimmed asparagus, and big cloves of garlic.
Everything taking turns getting made in just one pan. Neat and tidy.
Steak, perfect. Potatoes finished in pan after steak. Garlic and asparagus roasted up in the same pan next. Saturday night steak. Dinner.
