Chard and chorizo soup

Red chard, chorizo, onion, garlic and potato...
Chorizo and onion, cooked over low heat for 10 minutes...
Then potato, garlic, chopped chard stems and thyme added...
Along with stock. Simmered until potatoes are almost done.
Chard leaves roughly chopped...
And cooked down in soup...
Some Gruyere cheese for garnish...
Chard and Chorizo soup. Lunch!
