Spanish Mahon, Dutch farmhouse Gouda, Iowa Maytag blue, New Zealand cheddar, honey, mango chutney, strawberries, baby breakfast radishes, almonds...and horseradish shoots! It's amazing what you can do after a couple of glasses of wine.
