A flight of Venison
Dinner at Jim and Wally's is always an adventure. Saturday night was a three course venison blowout.
Course One: Venison sausage with a bacon and cheddar scone and itty-bitty- miniature breakfast radishes.
Course Two: A venison sirloin with bacon, and Brussels sprouts with pancetta and blue cheese. And a little bite of venison jerky on the side.
Course Three: A venison tenderloin with salad and miniature tangerines.
Course Four: Emergency room.
