We knew exactly what we wanted to do, and Miguel got it right after only two drafts. (I don't know who that woman is, but I don't like the way she is staring at my wine cooler.)
The plan involves quite a bit of demolition, including taking down the wall between the kitchen and the dining room.
We will go from one outlet, to more than enough. We had the apartment rewired and brought up to code a few years ago, so it is just a matter of bringing new lines into the kitchen. And we will go from 12 inches of counter space...to nearly 29 feet of counter space. That is huge.
