Turkey and bean soup

A little rolling boil on some chicken stock...

Add navy beans, carrots, shallots, and some cut up turkey breast. The turkey will cook.

Cover and simmer for a couple of hours. It'll thicken itself.

Add parsley, a touch of cayenne, a bit of cream and some butter. Yep. Butter. Makes soup silky. Just a bit.

Top with sour cream and crumpled up bacon. That was nice!
