Braised beef short ribs
Short ribs, carrots and onion, canned tomatoes, orange zest, honey, wine and stock.
Brown the beef on all sides...
Remove, and saute vegetables in fat.
Add lots of honey, stir around to coat vegetables and cook until honey starts to turn brown.
Add orange zest...
And red wine...
And some parsley.
Return ribs to pot...cover and cook on low heat for a couple of hours.
Strain, skim and reduce sauce.
Braised beef short ribs. Dinner.
