Two plump little game hens, salt, pepper and olive oil...
Honey, thyme, orange juice and orange zest.
Roast hens for 15 minutes or so, then remove and generously douse with honey...
And orange juice...
Sprinkle with thyme and roast for another 15 or 20 minutes.
Add orange zest to pan and cook down sauce. Dinner.
