Pork chops and apples
Apples, sugar, cinnamon and a little grated nutmeg.
Extra thick pork chops, with salt and pepper and a very light dusting of flour.
Mix sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon with sliced up apples.
Put apples in a pan and put the pork chops on top.
Roast at high heat, 475 degrees, for about a half an hour. Turn chops halfway through.
Finish apples with a little brandy...
Pork chops with apples. Dinner.
