Russ makes pizza
Pizza dough. Some combination of flour, salt, sugar, olive oil and yeast. Look it up and pick your favorite.
A stand mixer is silly when you've got two perfectly good hands.
All balled up.
Covered up...so it doubles. For an hour.
Then punched down. We're not sure why but it's fun.
Tomato sauce. Fresh oregano is the only must for pizza sauce. And Russ' sauce was amazing tonight!
The pizza stone. Don't bother without one. Preheated to 500 degrees.
The toppings. Prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella among them.
Sauce on crust...
Really hot oven, really quick bake. What? You wanted round? Call Domino's.
