A papaya tastes nothing like a banana, but the texture is similar. This should work.
Into semi-large chunks...
Some used to make a papaya coulis...
Lots of butter...
And in goes the papaya, with a handful of brown sugar.
Papayas in caramel sauce!
Add lots of rum and set it all on fire....
Papayas Foster with papaya coulis and frozen vanilla yogurt. Yep, that worked. Dessert!

don't you have a papaya tree @ Bongo? imagine how good this would be on an island of some sort!
