Brussels Sprouts, potatoes and horseradish
Brussels sprouts, cut in half. New potatoes about the same size, cut in half.
Bacon fried up while potatoes boil. Brussels sprouts added to boiling potatoes for the last couple of minutes...
Horseradish sauce. Three parts sour cream, one part horseradish and a little pepper...
Tossed with bacon and drained, hot potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
Some chives on top. Brussels Sprouts with potatoes and bacon in horseradish sauce.
